TRIBUTE CA - revealed at launch

Own real stock through an NFT. Mint a Capo, take your cut.

A Capo is a Solana NFT with its own vault. Trading fees from the family coin buy tokenized stocks and drop them into every active vault, split by rank.

Backed by real plumbing: Metaplex Core assets, per-Capo vault accounts, Jupiter swaps into xStocks. The books are public from the first fee.

Minting is live. The coin is not: a fresh Capo stays dormant until activation opens with the launch.

The machine

Five moves, on repeat

The whole loop, end to end. It runs for as long as the coin trades and it is visible at every step.

01TradeThe family coin trades. Creator fees accrue in SOL.
02ClaimThe keeper claims every fee on chain, in the open.
03BuyFees swap into tokenized stocks through Jupiter, 100% of them.
04DropStocks drop into active Capo vaults, split by rank weight.
05HoldThe vault travels with the Capo. Activation does not; a new owner pays tribute again.

Reflexive by design: the machine runs on volume and fades with it. The fine print says so in plain words.

The dossier

4,444 Capos, drawn by the program

Each Capo ships as a dossier rendered straight from chain state. The specimen below comes from the same engine that will serve tokenURI at launch.

Specimen No. 0000 · The engine runs today, and so does the mint.

Weights are fixed config. Activation is a one-time payment in the coin, priced by rank at launch. A dormant Capo receives nothing, and selling or transferring one resets it to dormant.

Every Capo is stamped with a seed ticker at mint. The seed list and drop interval are published before launch.

The engine is already public: /api/dossier?n=1287&seed=NVDAx&rank=underboss - change the query, get a fresh dossier. Watermarked until the first real mint.

The books

Open books, literally

From day one this section reads straight from the chain: every claim, every swap, every drop, each line linking to the explorer. Until then it stays honestly empty.

The books open with the first claimed fee.

The fine print

Read before you reach for the coin

The risks are part of the product, so they live on the front page.

IProbably a security+
Fees from coin trading buy stock that flows to NFT holders. Under the Howey test that likely makes both the coin and the Capo look like securities. We are not lawyers and this page is not advice; assume the strict reading and act accordingly.
IIGeography+
xStocks are issued by Backed and geo-restricted. The United States and several other jurisdictions are excluded from redeeming the underlying. A vault holds what it holds, but the issuer's terms decide who can redeem the share behind the wrapper.
IIIThe wrapper+
An xStock is a synthetic wrapper around a custodied share. It carries issuer risk, custodian risk and depeg risk. If the wrapper breaks, the vault holds a broken wrapper.
IVReflexivity+
The machine runs on trading volume. When volume dies, fees die, and drops stop with them. Nothing is prepaid, guaranteed or promised in advance, and the flow can go to zero.
VThe keeper+
The keeper is our script with authority to claim fees, swap them and call drops. That is a point of centralization and we name it as one. Every keeper action lands on chain in public from the first day, and a fallback path ships with v1.
The next dossier

The next dossier is unwritten.

Mint it and the number is yours for good. It sits dormant until activation opens with the coin.
